Jaipur, 26 August. Minister of Autonomous Government, Urban Development and Housing and Law and Parliamentary Affairs, Shri Shanti Dhariwal said that the campaign with the cities of administration is a ritual of public service.
Shri Dhariwal inaugurated the workshop of urban bodies of Jaipur division under the campaign-2021 at Pratap Auditorium Alwar on Thursday by lighting the island.
In his address as the chief guest, Shri Dhariwal said that as per the intention of Chief Minister Shri Ashok Gehlot, the campaign ‘Administration with cities’ is being started from October 2. on the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti. This time, along with innovations in the campaign, economic development will be promoted. Also, relief to the common people by including various Acts and new provisions will be provided.
The magical section is 69 a
He said that this time the State Government has added Section 69-A of the Municipality Act 2009 in the campaign with the administration cities. It is a kind of important section aimed towards more and more people getting leases in the urban areas. He urged the chairpersons of all the municipalities and councils to issue more and more pattas to all the people with prior sensitivity like the mission of public service.
Study the rules and regulations thoroughly
Instructing the officers present in the workshop to start preparing for the campaign from now onwards, he said that till date, study all the circulars and orders issued by the state government. After that, it is necessary to study the changed rules very deeply.
Target to issue 10 lakh leases
He said that in the year 2012-13, five lakh pattas were distributed and problems of thousands of people were solved in the campaign ‘Sang with administration cities’. This time a target has been set to issue 10 lakh leases.
But efforts are made to issue more leases. He also urged that all the councillors should be restricted to encourage the people of their area to make pattas and also cooperate in getting the pattas made.
Along with solving the problems of the common people, such campaigns also bring economic strength to the local bodies.

Minister of State for Labor Shri Tikaram Julie said that under the leadership of Chief Minister Shri Ashok Gehlot, the works of public welfare are progressing continuously with sensitivity.
Pattas will bring smiles to the faces of lakhs of families. During the last tenure of Shri Gehlot, more than 5 lakh pattas were issued in which more than 20 thousand pattas were issued in the Alwar district.
