Jaipur, 5 September. District Election Officer (Panchayat) and District Collector Mr Antar Singh Nehra said that the process of election of District President and Panchayat Samiti Pramukh of Zila Parishad Jaipur will be completed on 6th September, Monday. The process for the election of the district head will be held in the Zilla Parishad auditorium. The process of election of the heads of the panchayat samitis will be done at the places earmarked for the respective panchayat samitis.
Shri Nehra informed that the meeting will start at 10 am at the designated places for the election of the district head. The submission of nomination papers will be done by 11 am. Scrutiny of nomination papers will be done from 11:30 AM and candidates can withdraw their nominations till 1 PM. Allotment of election symbols will be done immediately after 1 pm and a list of candidates contesting allotment will be prepared.
Nehra informed that if the voting is necessary, the voting will be conducted between 3 pm to 5 pm. Counting of votes and declaration of election results will be done from 5 pm onwards or immediately after the end of polling, whichever is earlier.
District Election Officer Shri Nehra informed that the Panchayat Samiti was concerned in the process of election at Kotputli, Pawta, Biratnagar, Shahpura, Govindgarh, Sambharlek, Dudu, Jhotwara, Amer, Jalsu, Fagi, Jamwaramgarh, Sanganer, Bassi and Chaksu will be held at the office.
While the Tehsil office for Kishangarh Renwal Panchayat Samiti head will be held at Kishangarh Renwal. For Jobner Panchayat Samiti head Shri Karan Narendra Singh Government Higher Secondary School Jobner Bhutia Hall will be fixed as a venue.
Tehsil office for Maujmabad Panchayat Samiti head will be elected at Maujmabad Ijlas. The election for Madhorajpura Panchayat Samiti head for Bharat Nirman Rajiv Gandhi Seva Kendra will be held at Madhorajpura. Deputy Sahasil Office for Panchayat Samiti head, Aandhi will be elected. Tunga Panchayat Samiti head for Sub Tehsil Tunga Ijlas and Kotkhavda Panchayat Samiti will be elected. The process will be completed at the Tehsil office, Kotkhavda.
