Ensure that the problems of the common man are resolved at the local level: Minister of State for Youth Affairs and Sports

Jaipur, August 30. Minister of State for Youth Affairs and Sports and in-charge of Karauli district, Shri Ashok Chandna, said that the officials of the concerned department should see that the problems of the general public at the block and district level should are resolved. This must be done at the local level according to the intention of the state government.

He emphasized the Chief Minister’s budget announcement. He said that the work done in the district should be taken on priority, and the implementation of the budget announcement should be done soon. Hence assuring that the benefits of the Chief Minister’s announcements start getting the benefits.  

 Mr Chandana spoke at a meeting of district-level officers at the Collectorate Auditorium, Karauli, on Monday. 

He provided complete information to the Deputy Director of Agriculture Department in September to get the benefits from the insurance company by conducting a survey of the crops getting spoiled due to rain. Discussing the points in detail, gave instructions to the concerned officers in the district. 

 He urged people to get vaccinated besides directing them to follow the guidelines issued by the state government. He asked people To keep themselves safe from the possible third wave of the corona. This could be done by following the rules consciously and be cautious. 

While reviewing the progress of the Jal Jeevan Mission scheme, the in-charge minister directed that it should be ensured to check this scheme from time to time. This is to make sure that the problem of drinking water is not faced in the future. He said that for the scheme prepared to supply water to every household through the tap, make sure to make arrangements for getting water permanently and instructed to make permanent solutions. 

In the meeting, he reviewed the schemes run by other departments. He reviewed Tourism, Panchayati Raj, PWD, Electricity, Women and Child Development, PHED, Medical, and Irrigation. District Collector Siddharth Sihag assured to reach out to the general public about various welfare and flagship schemes operated in the district. He also gave detailed information about the budget announcements and the work done during the Corona period.

In the meeting, ADM Parasram Meena, Additional SP Prakashchand, CEO Zilla Parishad Mahavir Prasad Nayak, DFO Ramanand Bhakar, CMHO Dr. Dinesh Meena, Information and Public Relations Officer Dharmendra Meena, ACP Vinod Meena, including Industries, Logistics, Labor, Education, Sports, Water, Officers of electricity and other departments were present.

In-charge minister held a public hearing in circuit house

The Minister-in-charge of the district, Shri Ashok Chandna, listened to the problems of the general public at the Circuit House on Monday. He asked the concerned officers to resolve the problems at the earliest. 

He expressed displeasure over the non-disclosure of 13 cases of theft in Gudhachandraji. He was instructed to take strict action against the personnel working in police post-Gudhachandraji in this regard. He also asked to investigate it and submit the report in 10 days. 

People have submitted their complaints. They were regarding adding names to national food security, removal of encroachments from the road, drinking water, electricity, roads, cleanliness, etc. District Collector Siddharth Sihag, along with officers of the concerned departments, were present during the public hearing. 

Meeting with representatives of Sangharsh Committee regarding Bandh Waretha Sanctuary

Under the chairmanship of District In-charge Minister Ashok Chandna, a meeting was held with the representatives of the Sangharsh Samiti in connection with the release of 4 forest blocks of the Masalpur area included in Bandh Waretha Sanctuary. 

In the meeting, the district in-charge minister said that he heard the problems of the members of the Sangharsh Samiti in Bandh Waretha Century and assured them of a solution. He said that as per the demands of the committee, animals would not be released from outside in the sanctuary. Villages would not be displaced at the local level. Old roads will continue, animals will be allowed to graze. Apart from this, every effort will be made to solve other demands by considering them positively. 

The district in-charge minister said that in this regard, the representatives of the Sangharsh Samiti should brainstorm at the village level. They must try to convince the people not to pay attention to the rumours being spread. Instead, they should be made aware of the benefits of the sanctuary. On this, all the representatives of the committee, after talking to the people of the village, decided to organize a meeting at the tehsil level in Masalpur under the chairmanship of the in-charge minister on September 20.
