Jaipur, 27 August. Under the chairmanship of Minister of State for Education Shri Govind Singh Dotasra, a meeting was organized at Mantralaya Bhawan on Friday.
In the meeting, an important decision has been taken. It is regarding the issue of a waiting list of candidates for 511 vacant posts of level II English subject and 874 vacancies of Science and Mathematics subject in Non-TSP Teacher Recruitment 2016. Shri Dotasara informed that in the meeting, it was decided to issue a notification. This is done after making suitable bifurcation of 41,000 vacancies of education department mentioned in the budget announcement.
In the meeting, a detailed discussion was held regarding the process of recruitment of Computer Instructor. He said that during the staffing pattern in the meeting, the post of the third language would be approved in the schools. In every school, there are more than 10 children in classes 6 to 8. A letter has been sent to the Finance Department for the creation of the posts of Deputy Principal in government schools. In this meeting, guidelines were given to make payment of fees of students studying in private schools under Right to Education.
In the meeting, the Education Minister discussed in detail with the top officers of the department the schools opening from 1 September. He also directed them to ensure compliance with the Corona guidelines.
In the meeting, it was decided to convene a meeting on 3rd on the pre-preparations for the REET exam to be held on 26 September. In the meeting, the cabinet sub-committee made for Sarvadaya Vichar Pariksha based on Gandhiji’s life values will take the decision. The next action will be taken, and the winners of last year’s Gandhi Vichar Pariksha will be rewarded on Gandhi Jayanti.
Due to the corona epidemic, it was decided to postpone the teacher’s honour ceremony.
In the meeting, funds were given by the Sports Grant for sports material in government schools. Here a decision was taken to amend and send a proposal to the Central Government to construct sports grounds in the schools. Additional Chief Secretary Education Department Mr Pawan Kumar Goyal, State Project Director of Samagra Shiksha Dr. Bhanwar Lal, Education Director Mr. Saurabh Swamy, and all top officials of the department were present in the meeting.
