Jaipur: JDA’s enforcement team on Thursday sealed 51 flats for RERA norms violation and illegal construction on zero setback in Ganesh Nagar scheme no. 22 in Prithviraj scheme.
The team also removed encroachment from two plots in JDA’s Kalpna Nagar and demolished illegal construction on setbacks in Jagatpura’s sunflower colony. The enforcement wing of the JDA is in action and has divided the encroachment/illegal construction.
Chief controller Raghuveer Saini said that the builder was given notices but despite notices by the JDA and high court directions, the construction work continued illegally following which the machines were seized and the flats were sealed by constructing walls in front of the entry gates.
