Jaipur,13 September. Dr.B.D.Kalla aid the power officials to make the campaign successful by giving relief to people by speaking on the spot about the problems in the camps organized in the campaign with the administration cities and villages starting from 2nd October. Also, he said to check upon the campaign, executive engineers, superintending engineers, and divisional chief engineer level officers, etc. in levels.
On Monday 13 September Dr.Kalla chaired on-the-spot services given by the energy department in the campaign with villages and cities at Vidyut Bhawan. Dr. Kalla said that managing directors of the three discom should take virtual conferences at discom level before setting the camps and tell the officers and staff present in the camps and also to visit these camps.
He said that the duty officers of discom for these camps should always be present in the camps and solve people’s problems with the intention of the state government. Also, daily and weekly progress reports of the progress of all the 11 points related to the energy department should be sent regularly at the state level.
In both these campaigns, delay in power distribution, delay in the supply of power, faulty metering, delay in replacement of burnt transformers, keeping the transformer on the ground in place on the spot, arranging loose wires, delay in the release of power connections, VCR. Implementation of decisions issued by the assessment committee and other, load problems, providing connections to persons submitting demand letters, resolution of faulty electricity bill issuance and delay problems, and any other problems campaign will be addressed on the spot.
