Studio Apartments (Coaching Hub), 270 houses to be built under SFS scheme in Pratap Nagar.
1 BHK housing starting from only 7 lakh 11 thousand rupees
Apartments with 415 sq. ft. super built-up area, will be available for just Rs.8 lakh 97 thousand.
Jaipur, September 1. Housing Commissioner Shri Pawan Arora informed that from Monday, 4 housing schemes Mukhyamantri Jan Awas Yojna, Sector-8, Pratap Nagar, Jaipur; Sector-26, Pratap Nagar, Jaipur, Aravali Vihar, Bhiwadi and studio apartments (coaching hub) are being implemented by Rajasthan Housing Board. Registration has been started from September 1, 2021. Only online applications will be accepted for these schemes. The application can be made online by visiting e-Mitra sitting at home.
He said that a total of 2668 multi-storey houses would be built in these four schemes. Under the Chief Minister’s Jan Awas Yojana, houses will be built for economically weaker income group and low-income group. The residences at Studio Apartments (Coaching Hub), Pratap Nagar, Jaipur will be constructed on the basis of a self-financing scheme.
Under Chief Minister Jan Awas Yojana, 2398 houses will be built in three projects.
The commissioner informed that under the Chief Minister’s Jan Awas Yojana in Pratap Nagar, the prestigious housing scheme of the division located in Jaipur, houses will be constructed in two projects in Sector 8 and Sector 26. Of these, 726 houses will be built for economically weaker income group in the scheme to be constructed in Sector 26. In these, the super built-up area of one flat will be 378.42 square feet. Its price has been kept at Rs 7 lakh 65 thousand.
Similarly, 620 flats will be constructed for the people of low-income group under the same scheme. The super built up area of this flat will be 548.12 square feet. Its price has been kept at Rs 11 lakh 10 thousand. In the same way under the Mukhyamantri Jan Awas Yojana, another housing scheme will be developed in Sector-8, Pratap Nagar. In this, 130 houses will be built for economically weaker income groups.
The super built-up area of a flat will be 352 square feet, and its cost will be Rs 7 lakh 11 thousand. 114 flats will be built for the people of low income group. Its super built-up area will be 550 square feet and its cost will be Rs 11 lakh 11 thousand. In the same way, 808 flats will be built in Mukhyamantri Jan Awas Yojana, Aravali Vihar, Bhiwadi. Of these, 536 flats will be built for economically weaker income group and 272 for low income group. Two hundred and seventy houses will be built in studio apartments (coaching hub) and these houses will be available for only 8 lakh 97 thousand rupees.
The commissioner informed that the first coaching hub of the state with a capacity of 60 to 70 thousand students is being made by the division at Pratap Nagar in Jaipur. The construction work of this coaching hub is going on in full swing. The work of its first phase will be completed by September 2022. Near this coaching hub, 270 multi-storey studio apartments will be built on the basis of the self-financed scheme by the Board. The super built-up area of an apartment will be 415 sq ft. Its price has been kept at Rs 8 lakh 97 thousand.
This scheme is proposed in Sector-8 on the main road of Pratap Nagar Yojna, Haldi Ghati Marg. The scheme is 2 KM from Sitapura Industrial Area, 2.5 KM from International Airport, 3.0 KM from Jagatpura Railway Station, 5 KM from Jawahar Circle. Additionally, it is only at a distance of half a kilometre from Tonk Road.
Applications for these schemes can be made by visiting the website of the Rajasthan Housing Board. https://urban.rajasthan.gov.in. The registration fee can be deposited both offline and online. Applicant should have a PAN card and Aadhar card. The full prescribed amount of registration for the application will be deposited with the form at the time of applying online , all at the same time.
