Jaipur, 26 Aug. Chief Secretary Shri Niranjan Arya said that the pending judicial cases registered in the Lights software should be disposed of immediately. Also the department should review the cases by holding regular meetings in this regard. He also asked to ensure their participation in the meetings of all the concerned officers.
Mr Arya was reviewing the cases registered in Lights software in a meeting. It was organized through video conferencing at the Government Secretariat here on Thursday.
He said that recently junior law officers have been appointed by the Law Department in various departments. Therefore the pending cases must be done in a time-bound manner.
He said that all the departments must ensure to reduce the pendency of all judicial cases. Especially the ones pending before 30th September. He also reviewed the cases pending for 10 to 20 and more than 20 years along with red category and contempt cases in Lights software.
In the meeting, the Principal Secretary to the Home Department, Shri Abhay Kumar took department-wise information about the pending cases. He also emphasized the speedy disposal of the pending cases.
In this meeting, Additional Chief Secretary Primary Education Shri Pawan Kumar Goel was present. Along with Secretary Higher Education Shri N. Ale. Meena. Secretary Medical and Health Shri Siddharth Mahajan, Secretary Jaipur Development Authority Shri Hridayesh Kumar Sharma and high officials of various departments were also present.
