Jodhpur: BJP state president Satish Poonia on Wednesday paid floral tributes to former Jodhpur rural president Radhakishan Thanvi in Jodhpur’s Phalodi.
He said that the demise of Thanvi is an irreparable loss to the party. He reached Jodhpur by road and visited Thanvi’s house where he consoled the grieved family members.
Poonia said that the party has lost an honest and loyal party leader. He also reached Madiyai village in Osian to express grief over the death of a young farmer Pukhraj Dogiyal.
He offered floral tributes and financial assistance of Rs. 1 lakh was given to the family by the party. Former parliamentary secy Bhairaram Siyol, Jagram Vishnoi, and other leaders accompanied Poonia.
