A state-level audit meeting was organized in the medical education department yesterday

All old pending cases and outstanding cases should need to be resolved as soon as possible - Secretary of medical education

A virtual meeting was organized by the state-level audit committee on Wednesday. In the meeting, all the suggestions were taken in the meeting. The theft, loss, embezzlement cases, pending cases in courts were discussed in detail in the meeting.

In the meeting, Medical Education Secretary Vaibhav Galaria has directed for the fast solution of pending cases. He said that the cases which are pending for more than 5 years should be resolved on an urgent basis by paying special attention to them.

Shri Galaria also told us that he will start viewing the cases by setting up camps in 3 months. On September 13, the Medical Education Secretary was directed to organize camps at the Medical Education Department Headquarters in Kota and Jhalawar Medical Colleges.

In this camp, pending cases of both the medical colleges will be tried to resolve first. The government official will also be present in the camp while the meeting.

In this virtual meeting, along with the Medical Education Commissioner Mrs Shivangi Swarnakar, the officers of Accounts General, Finance (Audit), Inspection Department and Principal and Financial Advisor of Government Medical Colleges also were present.
