Jaipur, 15th September. Such attempts are being made by the medical education department so that there is no shortage of medical oxygen for the needy. Seeing the possibility of 3rd wave of covid comprehensive arrangements are being made for the availability of liquid medical oxygen.
Medical education secretary Mr. Vaibhav Gaalriya told that in all the medical colleges and related hospitals as required in the future either new medical plants have been established or are in the process of being established and will be suitable for an operation soon.
A meeting was organized in the medical education house on Wednesday in the presidency of Mr. Gaalriya. In this meeting, a discussion was done on the status of availability of liquid medical oxygen, newly established pressure swing absorption, and liquid oxygen plants in Jaipur’s SMS medical college and related hospitals like SMS hospital, RUHS, JK loan hospital, Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Gangori hospital, Mahila hospital, janaana hospital, Jaipuri hospital, Kanwatia hospital, satellite hospital, and other hospitals.
The medical education secretary told that out of total 31 plants 10 plants have been started in Jaipur. The work of the other 20 will be completed soon. An attempt of making every plant operational by the end of this month is being made.
Along with the medical education commissioner, Mrs.Shivangi Swarnkaar superintendents of all the hospitals were present in the meeting. Officers of the national health mission, the public construction department, the Jaipur development authority, and other related departments which are related to the work of oxygen plants were also present in the meeting.
