Jaipur: Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot opened a front against the Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP) on Tuesday and said that the party has been unmasked.
Sharing a sting video of former Gujarat Congress MLA, who recently joined BJP, on his social media handles, Gehlot said that the people will teach BJP a lesson to keep the democracy alive.
“The tru face of the BJP has been unravelled and to keep the democracy alive, people will teach it a lesson. their countdown has started,” Gehlot said, and further added, “We have always said that BJP resorts to horsetrading to snatch power and now it has been proved how they indulge in these activities.
BJP has made a fashion out of this. They, against the traditions of Democracy, have entered in horse-trading in Goa, Manipur, Arunachal Pradesh, Karnataka, and Madhya Pradesh and tried a lot to do so in Rajasthan too but could not do so.”
Gehlot’s tweets came after a video of a former Congress MLA went viral where he is allegedly saying that he hasn’t resigned for nothing but since BJP offered him a deal.
