Jaipur, September 15. On Wednesday Shri Parsadi Lal Meena said that the land of village Jaitapur tehsil Chomu industrial area which was named after the jayupar development authority was renamed as RIICO. He assured that action for the limit of this land will be ensured by the district collector very soon. He said action will be taken against the officials who were not attentive in the matter.
Mr. Meena was replying to supplementary raised by the MLAs during question hour. He said the industrial area at Jaitapur was developed in the year 1983, but after that, the land was returned to the Jaipur development authority. He said that efforts were made by the district collector to register the land in the name of RIICO and on 8th September 2021 it was made.
He said RIICO has got possession of only 112 bighas of land where there is a school, police post. He assured us that they will remove encroachments on this land soon.
Shri Meena said that the officials of the department didn’t pay attention to this land. He assured that all those would definitely be taken to task.
earlier, in a written reply to the original question of MLA Shri ram Lal Sharma, the industry minister said that the industrial area has been developed by RIICO at village Jaitapur tehsil Chomu. There are 169 units in this area. He gave the details of the units set up on the table of the house.
He said behind the plot number g-91 which is given, 1950 sqm of land by RIICO to government primary school, the unplanned land shown in the map approved by the corporation of industrial area Jaitapur is encroached upon as shops which were issued a notice to the concerned person for removal in response to which a certified copy of the deposit and map trace by the concerned person has been told to the shops build are present the measles no. 2057 variety is on an impossible route which is not the land of the corporation.
Letters were written to tehsildar Chomu to get the measles numbers allotted to the corporation. The land given to RIICO required demarcation for which the land given had to be renamed as RIICO. On 08.09.2021 the renaming of the allotted land has been opened in favor of RIICO by lying with tehsildar Chomu for renaming. As soon as the renaming takes place, a letter has been written to the district collector, Jaipur on 08.09.2021 for demarcation of RIICO land.
The Industries Minister said the Corporation was allotted 123 bighas 12 Biswa land of Khasra number 848 and 849/1 in the east direction from the national highway, in which the possession of 111 Bigha 12 Biswa has been taken by the corporation. And in the land of these measles numbers, on the north-east side from the national highway, state animal sub-health center, police post, temple, etc. have been built. In the west, at present the water tank, Gram Panchayat building, on the land of plot no. G-187, G-187(A), G1-187(B), and H1-187(D) planned by RIICO. Rajiv Gandhi Seva Kendra and some shops have been built and some land is free. He put its list on the Table of the House.
The Industries Minister said as per RIICO, a gravel road will be built on plot number G-88 and G-89 on the middle of the planned plot and to be used as a road by the persons behind the plot number G-84 to G-91. A committee was formed and after the inquiry report, it was found that the plot numbers G-88 and G-89 have not been allotted in the planning.
A release dated 01.03.2021 was issued by RIICO for allotment through e-auction by planning G-88(A) area of 856 sqm on free land. He said that during the auction, a suit was filed by Mr. Ankit Parwal in case number 21/2021 before the Honourable Additional Civil Judge and Metropolitan Magistrate No.-17, on which the Hon’ble Court gave a stay order on 16.03.2021.
He gave a copy of the court order on the Table of the House. He said at present, allotment of the planned plot could not be done. The advanced appearance in the suit is fixed on 02.11.2021. Mr. Meena gave information related to taking action against the corporation employees mentioned in the inquiry report about the land left free between planned plot numbers G-88 and G-89 in Jaitapur industrial area.
The Industries Minister said that to get the land given to RIICO transferred in favor of RIICO in the revenue records, first a suit was filed in the court Tehsildar Chaumu with the decision dated 30.12.2019 order was given by Chaumu on 22.02.2021 about the opening of transfer of land allotted to RIICO in favor of RIICO. After this decision, the transfer of 44.4704 hectares of land allotted to RIICO is opened on 08.09.2021 in favor of RIICO by contacting Tehsildar Chaumu. He gave the copy of the nomination on the Table of the House.
He wrote a letter dated 08.09.2021 to the District Collector of Jaipur, by the Land Management Officer of RIICO’s land at the place of encroachments described on the planned/non-planned land after the transfer of RIICO’s name in the revenue record. He gave the copy on the Table of the House.
The Industries Minister said after knowing the boundaries, after conducting a survey of the entire land of RIICO, action will be taken against the private encroachments as per rules and in respect of encroachments for public purposes, further action would be taken after the decision.
