Jaipur | The Rajasthan Government has made a big change in the rules for opening Mahatma Gandhi English Medium School. Now in the first phase, these schools will operate only from class 1 to class 5. After that the classes will increase.
Earlier the operation was to be held till 8th. At the same time, Hindi and English medium can run in different wings or shifts in the same school as per the availability of space.
Girls schools have been asked not to propose to convert to English medium. If required, consent of SDMC will be required. On Monday, the Education Department issued a circular in this regard.
