Jaipur. A large number of residents of the state are also cooperating on Tuesday in the Covid-19 Relief Fund, on the second day of the appeal by Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot to donate to the CM Relief Fund to help the people affected by the coronavirus crisis.
So far, more than Rs 23 crore has been collected in this fund.
For the Chief Minister’s Assistance Fund, Rajasthan State Finance Corporation contributed Rs 51 lakh and on behalf of Rajasthan Police Housing Corporation, Director General of Police Bhupendra Singh contributed Rs 25 lakh.
Navratan Kothari Rs 11 lakh from KG Kothari Memorial Trust, Sudhanshu Kalsiwal Rs 5 lakh from Shri Digambar Jain Atishya Kshetra Shree Mahavirji Committee, Pradeep Kumar Jain Rs 2 lakh 1 thousand from Shri Digambar Jain Shantinath Mandir Lalkathi, Social empowerment minister Master Bhanwarlal Meghwal and MLA Padmaram Meghwal have deposited Rs 1 lakh each in the Chief Minister’s Assistance Fund.
A large number of people have also deposited a small amount in the Covid-19 Relief Fund. Chief Minister Gehlot has thanked all the donors.
