Jaipur | The division bench of the High Court has put a halt on the appointment of 197 positions in the Motor Vehicle SI: 2021 direct recruitment without court approval. The final hearing of the case has been scheduled for July 2.
Acting CJ MM Shrivastava and Justice Anil Kumar Upmanyu issued the order on the appeal petition of Akib Javed and others.
The appeal challenged the order of the single bench on February 22, 2023, which only considered candidates with a three-year diploma in mechanical engineering eligible for the recruitment.
