Jaipur: In a surprising development, the I-T employees have furnished a notice to the authorities to go on a strike on November 26.
The statewide strike will witness participation of employees to raise awareness of officials to the demands made by the employees.
The notice has been handed to Principal Chief Commissioner of Income Tax (PCCIT) by the Income Tax Employees Federation.
Copy of notice, signed by Siyaram Swami – General Secretary of ITEF’s Rajasthan Circle, has been forwarded to CC Udaipur, ReAC Jodhpur and DGIT.
The strike has been called in support of the proposed strike over 17 point demand made by Central Employees which include restarting the old pension scheme, cadre restructuring, DPC and other demands.
