Jaipur: Rajasthan Food and Civil Supplies Minister Pratap Singh Khachariyawas on Wednesday accused the BJP of trying to divert public attention from real issues like inflation through the film ‘The Kashmir Files‘.
He said that there is no doubt that Kashmiri Pandits were oppressed and they started leaving there (Kashmir) and at that time the government was of BJP. Now Article 370 has been removed from Kashmir, it is your (BJP government’s) responsibility that you should get the same rights back to everyone.
Pratap Singh Khachariyawas said Fighting terrorism is the responsibility of both Congressand BJP. Serving a lie about a film does not hide the truth.
Talking to reporters, Khachariyawas said that BJP workers go to cinema houses and raise slogans on ‘Kashmir files’.
He said that the date which has been recorded in history never changes. In 1990, BJP was in government and Vishwanath Pratap Singh was the Prime Minister. When Kashmiri Pandits were oppressed, there were BJP people in the government.
