Jaipur: On Friday, a delegation of Rajasthan Administrative Service officials met Rajasthan Housing Board (RHB) Commissioner Pawan Arora and requested for inclusion in the housing scheme ‘AIS Residency’ being developed in Pratap Nagar, Jaipur for officers of All India Services.
Showing positive attitude on their demand, the commissioner said that they should first submit the list of interested officers, then consideration will be taken in this regard.
Earlier this delegation was briefed about the scheme through presentation. In the delegation, the officers of Rajasthan Administrative Service, Arun Garg, Ramnivas Mehta, Alpa Chaudhary, Sanchita Visnoi, Manish Goyal, Rakesh Sharma, Prabha Vyas and Madhu Rajvanshi were present.
Notably, the scheme for officers of All India Services will be developed in Pratap Nagar Sector 17, Jaipur, which is near NRI Colony.
“192 multi-storey flats will be built under this scheme and the built-up area of a flat will be 3,211 sq ft. The flats will be 3 BHK, with a drawing room and a servant room with an estimated cost of around Rs 91 lakh 58 thousand per flat.
Moreover, the residential scheme includes a club house, badminton court, squash court, swimming pool, spa, restaurant, banquet hall, gymnasium, conference room, guest house, tennis court, internal walkway, security system, 24-hour drinking water supply and solar street,” Arora said.
