According to the reports, the state revenue board is going to honour the best tehsildar for their exceptional work in the state.
One best tehsildar will be selected from every district accordingly.
On 23rd August, the news came that It has been decided by the state government to give the best Tehsildar Samman to one Tehsildar from every district for the best services.
In Ajmer, the Revenue Divisional President Shri Rajeshwar Singh informed that the Tehsildar will be selected for the honour based on the services provided during the period from 1st April 2020 to 31st March 2021 in the last financial year at the level of the Revenue Board. He informed that a District Level Selection Committee has been made for the selection of one Tehsildar from each district in the Rajasthan.
Additional District Collector (Administration) will be the convener in this committee, while the sub-divisional officer and another sub-divisional officer nominated by the district collector have been nominated as members.
This committee will select the name of a Tehsildar and send it to the Revenue Board by September 15, 2021, based on the remarkable services of the person based on the parameters set by the government will be going to award. He said the selected Tehsildars would be honoured with the best Tehsildar Samman by organizing a state-level felicitation ceremony.
