Jaipur, September 20. shri Ashok Gehlot said that the ‘administration villages sang Abhiyan which is going to start from 2nd October is a programme of the state government by which on-the-spot solution to the problems of the common man will be given. He said that the work of connecting eligible and needy persons with social security schemes, allotment of land to the landless should be done on top priority in the camps organized during this campaign.
He told the authorities should listen to the problems of the elderly, divyangs, etc., who come to the camps with sensitivity and give immediate relief to them. Departments should work in coordination so that the common man gets maximum relief and this campaign can be fully successful.
Shri. Gehlot was checking preparations for the campaign through a video conference at the chief minister’s residence on Monday. He said that complaints related to power, water, roads, social security schemes during the campaign should be addressed on the spot. In this case, help desks should be set up to help the villagers coming to the camps and fill up the applications. The camp in charge should see that the applications are filled free of cost from the beneficiary. The help desk should have information assistants and other IT related staff so that the common man does not face any problem.
He said that information should be given to the common man in the camps about different schemes of the state and central governments. If the families of those who died during the corona epidemic come to the camps to get death certificates, they should be provided with the relevant forms and if they are eligible for the chief minister’s corona child welfare scheme, they should be ensured to avail the advantaged of the scheme. The services of 19 departments, the department of roadways and water resources should also be linked to the campaign.
Shri Gehlot said that the divyangs, disabled and elderly people should have listened carefully. Preparations for the identification of persons with disabilities in advance and their certificates should be completed. The officers of the revenue department and social justice and empowerment should work in coordination. Passes should also be there in the camp for the categories of persons with disabilities in which roadways passes are issued.
Revenue Minister, Shri Harish Chaudhary said that the department has made all arrangements to ensure more benefit to the common man during the campaign. The minister of state for social justice and empowerment, Shri Rajendra Singh Yadav said that monitoring of the work to be done in the camps related to the department is given. Revenue Minister, Shri Bhanwar Singh Bhati said that complaints like road repairs, tightening of loose wires, handpump repairing can be addressed on the same day during the camp. For this, power, water, road teams should be prepared and proper material should be given.
Chief Secretary Shri Niranjan Arya said that all arrangements should be made in camps before the campaign so that maximum problems can be solved in the camps organized during the campaign.
Shri Anand Kumar principal secretary planned the ‘campaign with administration villages’ from 2nd October to 17th December 2021. He said that a total of 11,341-gram panchayat headquarters will be organized in 352 panchayat samitis of the state. Various works related to the common man will be carried out by 21 departments. The dates of the gram panchayat-wise programme are fixed from the district level. Appointment of officers in charge and setting up of control rooms have been set up by all departments. Pamphlets, banners, posters etc were prepared for the publicity of camps.

Aparna Arora, chairman DISCOM and managing director Rajasthan state electricity broadcasting corporation ltd. Shri Bhaskar A. Sawant, secretary planning, government Shri Naveen Jain, secretary, government, Shri Samit Sharma, secretary, social justice and empowerment and senior officials from various departments were present.
