Jaipur: Just days after CM Ashok Gehlot launched 14 Independent Housing Schemes and Four Mukhaymantri Jan Awaas yojana and Chief Minister State Employee Housing Schemes, the RHB has announced the start of it’s registration process for the same.
On Monday, Rajasthan Housing Board Commissioner Pawan Arora informed that registration work for 6,663 houses of 19 housing schemes will start from September 1, 2020. The schemes have been launched in various cities of the state.
“Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot had launched the Mukhyamantri Jan Awas Yojana and Chief Minister State Employee Housing Schemes. Out of these schemes, online applications for 10 schemes and offline applications for 9 schemes will be taken. The board will make 4 housing schemes under the Mukhyamantri Jan Awas Yojana under Pratap Nagar and Indira Gandhi Nagar Yojana in Jaipur. Under these schemes, the price of 1 BHK flat has been kept at only Rs 6.01 lakh and the price of 2 BHK flat has been kept at only 8.99 lakh rupees. 2500 houses will be built in both these schemes,” said Arora.
He informed that the Weekend Home Scheme has been launched in Mahatma Gandhi Dastakar Nagar Yojana at Naila. “Under this scheme, there is a golden opportunity to buy Duplex housing for only 14.99 lakh rupees.
It is noteworthy that facilities like Chowpatty, Open Air Theater, Children’s Park and Open Gym are also being developed here,” the commissioner said. He informed that for the first time, the Chief Minister State Employees Scheme has been launched in Sector 26 of Pratap Nagar area to provide quality accommodation at affordable rates in Jaipur for state employees.
Under this scheme, 2 BHK flats with all facilities will be made available for only Rs 11 lakh & 3 BHK flats for only Rs 21 lakh 90 thousand. A total of 720 multi-storey houses will be constructed under the scheme. “Facilities like club house / community center, city park, will be developed.
This will be a self-funded scheme. Employees and officers of state government, corporation, board and state undertaking will be able to apply under this scheme,” he said.
