Jaipur: Additional Sessions Judge, No. 8, Jaipur Metropolitan-II granted interim bail to Nirmal Gadia & Satyanarayan Inani up to September 8 in the complaint by Pooja Devra for the offense under Sections 420, 409, 467, 468, 471, 120-B of IPC.
Advocate Sunil Kumar Singh contended that the present petitioners were not named in FIR, they have not committed any offense but the police are giving one notice or the other whereas being businessmen they have lent unsecured loan through the sister of the complainant.
