Governance Minister Shri Shanti Dhariwal inaugurated a development project worth 1 crore 60 lakh in Kaithoon in Kota district and also released 6 housing schemes of Urban.
The Minister said that by establishing new dimensions of development in all the cities, the basic amenities of common citizens will continue uninterruptedly. In the campaign from the month of October, a target has been set to distribute more than 10 lakh pattas across the state. He said that the required fund is being allocated to continue the pace of development in urban areas. Roads will be developed through the Public Works Department at one thousand crores, in which 30 km. In each of the municipal corporation areas, 20 km. in city council areas and 10 km. in each of the municipal areas in the state. He said that the officers and public representatives should solve the basic problems on priority, and there will be not going to happen any shortage of budget.
Shri Dhariwal said that there is immense potential for development in the municipality of Kaithoon. Anicut will be constructed on the Chandrolei river to maintain the underground water level. Road development works have been sanctioned in different areas so that citizens will not face traffic problems. He said that an oxygen plant has been set up by the UIT at the health centre of Kaithoon at Rs. 55lakhs On the demand of Municipal Chairperson Aina Mehak, he also assured to provide fire brigades, two tippers for garbage collection and a budget for construction of permanent night shelters in Kathun Municipality.
The Autonomous Governance Minister said that the dream of housing of common people will come true by inviting applications for six housing schemes by UIT. With the allotment of land with transparency, basic development will be made on time. He said that development works worth Rs 3,000 crore are going on in Kota. Most of which will be completed by February 2022. Citizens will get direct benefited and will be recognized as a metro city in the country and the city with world-class facilities.

While discussing the development works, Kaithoon Municipality Chairperson Aina Mehak demanded to provide additional resources in the municipality. also, Municipal Development Trust’s Special Officer RD Meena, Secretary Rajesh Joshi, Deputy Secretary Chandan Dubey, Mohammad Tahir, Naimuddin Guddu and all the councillors and officers of Municipality Kaithoon were present in the meeting.
Release of the booklet of six housing schemes in the city-
In the process of developing the dream housing for common citizens, Kota Nagar Vikas Nyas has sought applications for 2400 plots in six housing schemes in different areas by September 24. 64 plots under Basat Vihar Yojna, 632 plots under Rathkankara Residential Scheme, 850 plots under Mukandra Vihar Special Residential Scheme, 47 plots under Daulatganj Nagar Residential Scheme, 750 plots under Umaidganj Nagar Residential Scheme and Savitri Applications have been invited for 57 plots under Bai Phule Awas Yojana.
Eligibility
Secretary, Urban Development Trust, Shri Rajesh Joshi informed that in the eligibility of getting a plot in housing schemes, it is necessary to be a native of Rajasthan above 18 years of age. Applicant must have a Permanent Account Number (PAN Card). He said that even if the applicant already has a plot or house, he would be eligible for this scheme. Both the applicants applying in the joint name must belong to the same category. The reserved category will have to attach the desired documents self-attested.
Inauguration of seven development works worth 1 crore 60 lakh-
The Minister officials also inaugurated seven works under the Chief Minister’s state’s budget in Kaithoon. In which newly constructed Ambedkar building cost 46.79 lakh, construction and development work of cremation ground cost 25.40 lakh, modern toilet construction cost 30-30 lakh near Kaithoon bus stand and community health centre, 18.35 lakh. Inaugurated the construction work of boundary wall near firefighting, CC road construction work in front of Ambedkar Bhawan and front of the modern toilet for 9.96 lakh were included.
