Jaipur: The Bharatiya Janta Party on Tuesday welcomed the results of the six municipal corporations saying that it reflected the wrong policies of the state government.
State president Satish Poonia said that the results of municipal corporations in Jaipur, Jodhpur, and Kota had revealed the lies of Congress. “Hypocrisy and misrule of Congress has been exposed.
The public has given its mandate against the ruling party which is riding on ego of power. The results are start of fall of the Congress and this fall will complete with the Panchayati Raj elections,” Poonia said here on Tuesday.
Congress increased corporations and tried to divide cities on the basis of castes, Mathur said.
