Jaipur: The co-operative department on the instructions of CM Ashok Gehlot took a big and long-pending decision in favour of the Managers and Assistant Managers of the cooperative committees in the state.
Cooperative Minister Udai Lal Anjana said that now all the managers and assistant managers will be able to get the benefit of selection pay grade after completing the service tenure of 9, 18 and 27 years.
Anjana said that this will make the working of cooperative committees better and the consumers & farmers will be able to get better services from them.
This big decision by the Gehlot government will benefit all the cooperative committees out of 3000 odd active in the state who are in regular profit for the last 3 years, have their accounts audited regularly and are in a profit after paying the dividend to its members.
Cooperative Registrar Muktanand Agrawal released the official orders detailing the eligibility criteria of the managers and assistant managers who would be able to benefit from the selection pay grade.
