Jaipur, September 15. Rajasthan assembly speaker Dr. C.P. Joshi said parliamentary democracy is very strong it can easily solve problems. The house, where members of the treasury benches and the opposition can effectively discharge their role.
Dr. C.P. Joshi addressed the theme “role of the legislature in promoting effective and meaningful democracy” at the 81st all India presiding officers online conference on Wednesday. It was held by Lok Sabha.
Dr. C.P. Joshi said the ruling party and the opposition should discharge their role in the house. He said people’s representatives are to keep the problems of their representative area effectively in the house so that the problems can be solved.
Dr. Joshi said at parliamentary democracy that problems can be raised differently. It is the work of the people’s representative to draw the government’s attention to the problems of the region and also to try to solve the problems. The problems can be put forward in the question hour, the calling attention motion, the zero hours and the ongoing debate on different issues. Shri Pramil Kumar Mathur, secretary of, legislative assembly was also present.
